Wellbeing
This has to come first because to thrive and develop, individuals need to be healthy and feel positive. Wellbeing is the top priority and focus for Rebel Energy. We will provide employees with healthy food, life classes, gym membership, fitness classes and access to an employee assistance programme. We will also provide ample opportunities for employees to develop through formal learning, coaching and learning in the “flow of work”.

We’ll do this by using technology to connect teams, encouraging and enabling remote working, training staff to engage with customers as humans rather than robotically following a script, and providing them with the freedom and space to make decisions.
